Disc Golf for Good

 Article and photos by Shannon Schussler Members of the Newton County Disc Club and local Disc Golf players gathered on a cold but sunny Saturday, February 18 at the John Reid Memorial Disc Golf course located inside Matthews Park in Monroe, GA.  All to benefit an All-Inclusive playground planned for Hammond Park, also in Monroe. Tournament Coordinators Travis and Jessica Hurt The Disc Golf Tournament (Heavens-to-Betsy do NOT call it a Frisbee Tournament) was sponsored by Woodmen Life of Covington and Walton Hands of Hope. Woodmen Life Representative Donny Cook with co-sponsor Renee Edge of Dirty Ace Disc Golf Ron Edge (r) Bundled and snuggled against the cold Walton Hands of Hope  Representatives Patsy Cook and Chasity Stewart. Hands of Hope Bling, Bling

 For the October 22 Donut Dash in Loganville the following is the shirt selected.  I am providing the printing at near cost.  I need to order before the end of Tuesday, October 11 to have these ready for everyone.  If someone outside of HOH board members wants this same shirt, tell them the price is $50 which includes a donation to Walton Hands of Hope.  If multiple items are ordered, that will help bring down shipping costs, but planning for the times at hand are necessary.    Blue T Blue T Back I chose this green to make the logo colors more bright.  We can pick any color.  I need enough time for the shirts to ship. This is a sample of what blue may look like.
